All consulations with prescription products is FREE. For non-script purchases you can puchase a consultation for £35 with one of skin doctors online.

It takes approx 1-2 to ship all UK orders via Royal mail. We aim to consult with our doctors within 48 hours of each presciption purchase. As soon as the consultation is complete we ship. If no consultation is required we fullfill all items by 14:00 same day.
For EU orders all orders are shipped within 1-2 working days with a shipping timeline of up to 7 working days. All orders are tracked with tracking numbers with our partner SHOP.
